I promise:

To be a man of good faith and principles;

To sustain the spirit of youth in my heart;

To be generous in my feelings and in my deeds;

To be a good friend, companion and brother to all;

To consecrate myself loyalty and upright at all times;

To strive for a sound mind and a sound body;

To shun hatred, rancor and selfishness;

To forgive and forget the harm others may have caused me;

And, if all men are my brothers, to honor all children as my children and the aged as I would my parents.
